Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using .NET technologies and JavaScript frameworks.
- Lead technical implementation of application features and uphold maintainable design, coding standards, and engineering quality.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML and JavaScript libraries or frameworks.
- Build and maintain RESTful Web APIs and backend services focused on performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
- Design and optimize MS SQL Server database objects, queries, stored procedures, integrations, indexes, and performance tuning approaches.
- Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, code reviews, technical decisions, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Mentor junior engineers and support technical upskilling and software delivery best practices.
- Use GitHub for source control, branching, pull requests, and collaborative code management.
- Apply Gen AI skills, Kiro, and MCP server concepts to improve developer productivity, automation, and intelligent application capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET technologies, JavaScript frameworks, database development, RESTful Web APIs, modern engineering practices, and practical Gen AI capabilities.
- Experience or working knowledge of Kiro and MCP server-based development workflows is preferred.
- Experience modernizing legacy .NET Framework applications to .NET Core or ASP.NET Core MVC is preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD practices, and release management processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, DevOps practices, and application monitoring tools is preferred.
- Ability to contribute to technical documentation, reusable frameworks, coding standards, and engineering best practices is preferred.
