Base Salary
$170k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and iterate across the client and server stack
- Talk with customers to understand needs and help determine product direction
- Collaborate with the team on product development and iteration
- Work across adjacent areas including design, sales, legal, and partnerships
- Help define operating values, grow the team, make scaling decisions, and shape the company
Requirements
- Experienced software engineer with experience leading large-scope projects
- Experience working in a fast-paced engineering environment
- Ideally, experience building complex products or infrastructure end to end
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality product and code craftsmanship
- Ability to balance rapid iteration with robust and scalable solutions
- Intellectual curiosity and interest in understanding technical details
- Ability to debate constructively and question assumptions
- Interest in shaping engineering, product, company culture, and the founding team
