Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Work on all aspects of the tech stack from client to server.
- Engage with customers to understand product requirements.
- Collaborate with team members on building and iterating the product.

- Participate in various roles beyond engineering, including design and sales.
Requirements
- Have experience leading large-scope engineering projects.
- Previously worked in a fast-paced engineering environment.
- Demonstrate attention to detail in user-facing flows and code.
- Know when to prioritize speed versus thoroughness in development.
- Possess intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand complex systems.
- Engage in constructive debates and push for continuous improvement.
