Base Salary
$155k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical lead on demanding cross-functional projects.
- Design and build systems for new microservices and machine learning pipelines.
- Decompose complex problems into straightforward solutions.
- Apply expert knowledge in performance, scalability, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor team members and assist in their career development.
- Exert technical influence over multiple teams to enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including Java.
- 7+ years of experience leading large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of backend scalable software architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience with high-scale production systems with fault-tolerance.
- Operational experience in a large-scale environment with high availability.
