Base Salary
$162k - $371k/yr
Responsibilities
- Specify and implement cybersecurity architecture, designs, and solutions across Block Storage products.
- Develop software features and capabilities aligned with business roadmaps and product compliance requirements.
- Participate in cybersecurity certification and compliance activities and develop remediations needed to secure certifications.
- Evaluate, recommend, and integrate cybersecurity technologies for technology roadmaps and business priorities.
- Review and influence cybersecurity designs and project activities for compliance with standards and best practices.
- Provide solutions that enhance defense in depth and mitigate product vulnerabilities.
- Mentor and guide less experienced team members.
- Contribute cybersecurity expertise and influence management decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Typically 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering and software development.
- Strong experience with cybersecurity technologies, standards, compliance, and scalable multi-platform solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to create, develop, deploy, architect, and implement cybersecurity solutions and software systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cybersecurity capabilities.
- Ability to provide technical cybersecurity leadership and influence management-level decisions.
- Preferred software development experience with C, Go, or Linux.
- Preferred expertise with NIST SP 800-53, DISA SRG/STIG, Common Criteria, PQC, EU CRA, FIPS, TLS, SSH, and related cybersecurity domains.
- Preferred active CISSP or CCSP certification.
