Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders and AI product managers to understand workflows, pain points, decision processes, and measurable outcomes.
- Rapidly prototype, test, and implement scalable agentic AI workflows and AI-enabled business solutions.
- Design and build AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and semi-autonomous systems using approved data products, semantic layers, and enterprise AI platforms.
- Implement human-in-the-loop and human-on-the-loop controls, monitoring, alerting, escalation paths, and performance measurement.
- Use AI-assisted development tools, agentic frameworks, IDEs, prompt engineering methods, and reusable tool libraries to accelerate delivery.
- Support model and agent testing, validation, performance metrics, token and cost optimization, documentation, and responsible AI governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, mathematics, or a related quantitative or technical discipline.
- Strong engineering foundation and demonstrated ability to build, experiment, learn quickly, and translate ambiguous business problems into working technical solutions.
- Hands-on interest or experience with generative AI, agentic AI, prompt engineering, AI-assisted development, workflow automation, or adjacent software engineering practices.
- Familiarity with large language models, agent frameworks, AI-enabled IDEs, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Google Gemini Enterprise, AWS Bedrock, or similar technologies.
- Programming experience in Python, SQL, or comparable languages, including the ability to develop prototypes, integrate data sources, test workflows, and collaborate with engineering teams.
- Awareness of AI governance, responsible AI, data controls, model risk, security, auditability, and operational resiliency in a regulated enterprise environment.
- Curiosity, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn new tools, frameworks, and business domains quickly.
