Base Salary
$91k - $203k/yr
Responsibilities
- Align business strategy with software solutions.
- Propose, design, and code software solutions for complex business needs.
- Oversee required technical and procedural documentation.
- Lead complex problem-solving efforts.
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and solution development.
- Support data movement, application and platform operations, QA and production environment separation, and architecture-related initiatives.
- Mentor an offshore team of three resources.
- Apply modern principles, methodologies, and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with Python, Slurm, Spark, Linux, and server infrastructure.
- Strong experience with data movement, software development lifecycle practices, and separation of QA and production environments.
- Experience in application or platform support.
- Prior experience leading projects, initiatives, or small development teams.
- Knowledge of application design, architecture, packaged application integration, product and vendor evaluation, software process improvement, and technical troubleshooting.
- Comparable combinations of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- No required certifications or licenses.
