Responsibilities

  • Work with operational teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective WMS solutions and configurations.
  • Design, configure, and implement end-to-end WMS solutions for customer and business requirements.
  • Plan, execute, and document testing to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and ready for deployment.
  • Provide expert advice and consultancy on WMS and integrated third-party applications.
  • Support WMS solutions across multiple business units and customer operations.

Requirements

  • Highly proficient in Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS to at least Super User level.
  • Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • SQL knowledge is advantageous.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility for occasional overnight stays.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, particularly during go-live periods.

  • £38,000 to £45,000 per annum salary.
