Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, dashboards, and other analytical solutions.
- Establish and monitor governance frameworks, standard operating procedures, policies, and data quality standards.
- Manage end-to-end access for Power Platform applications and dashboards and ensure data consistency.
- Deliver analytics and dashboard requirements accurately and on time in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate projects and report on project activities, resources, budgets, and timelines.
- Support audit readiness, participate in audits, and perform quality-control activities.
- Build automated tools and process improvements to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround time.
- Identify data abnormalities and develop reports aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training, mentorship, and knowledge sharing on analytical tools and usage.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Power Platform queries, requirements, and escalations.
- Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of application development experience using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Python, SQL, Snowflake, and Advanced Excel.
- Experience developing and managing applications and analytical tools.
- Strong project management skills, including prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent planning, design, project management, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or another technical-related field.
- Excellent written and spoken English and experience working in a global context.
