Responsibilities
- Execute technical solutions for engineering tasks within defined projects.
- Participate in problem-solving initiatives under the guidance of senior engineers using QRQC methodologies.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and presentations.
- Apply design standards and adopt digital tools from the discipline’s Digitalization Roadmap.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, innovative solutions, and identification of potentially patentable inventions.
- Communicate and collaborate with engineers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and onboarding support to junior engineers.
- Demonstrate budget awareness and optimize resource utilization within the assigned scope.
Requirements
- Develop technical skills and knowledge within the relevant engineering discipline.
- Apply existing design standards and Valeo engineering methodologies.
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with engineering teams.
