Responsibilities
- Participate in business requirements discovery sessions and produce requirements specifications.
- Lead or contribute to complex supply chain solution design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Provide solution architecture and system design for demand and supply planning problems.
- Configure Kinaxis Rapid Response for S&OP, demand planning, and supply planning.
- Set up workbooks, dashboards, forms, hierarchies, scheduled tasks, scripts, and automation chains.
- Implement forecasting, multi-level planning, capacity planning, and detailed scheduling functionality.
- Manage users and accounts and deploy changes across development, QA, and production systems.
- Support data integrations and apply Kinaxis data model and integration best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on Kinaxis implementation experience in demand and supply planning or similar supply chain planning solutions.
- At least two full-lifecycle Kinaxis implementation experiences.
- Expertise configuring Kinaxis resources including workbooks, dashboards, forms, hierarchies, scheduled tasks, scripts, and automation chains.
- Strong understanding of master data, including bills of material, resources, classifications, and material or batch structures.
- Expertise in forecast consumption, forecast disaggregation and spreading, statistical forecasting, and multi-level functionality.
- Experience with capacity planning, detailed scheduling, system administration, and supply chain integrations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership.
- Ability to translate business requirements into Kinaxis designs and assess solution feasibility.
