Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered solutions, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts using Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI services, and Copilot Studio.
- Integrate AI capabilities into RPA workflows and test automation frameworks while supporting automation developers and QA engineers.
- Build data processing, orchestration, and integration logic using Python and/or C# with clean, modular, maintainable code.
- Use Databricks, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, and data pipelines to prepare, transform, and analyze HR, Payroll, and Finance datasets.
- Connect AI components to enterprise applications through secure integrations and enterprise APIs.
- Apply prompt engineering, model tuning, and evaluation practices to improve solution accuracy, safety, and relevance.
- Implement logging, monitoring, observability, and unit, integration, and functional testing across AI and automation flows.
- Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, compliance, and data governance standards for sensitive organizational data.
- Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, sprint planning, reviews, documentation, and technical estimation.
- Develop reusable AI components, prompt templates, best practices, and internal accelerators.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, data engineering, or intelligent automation.
- Practical experience building solutions with Azure-based AI services such as Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAI.
- Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar chatbot and automation technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or C# and experience writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Strong SQL and relational database knowledge, including complex query writing and data-interaction optimization.
- Experience integrating solutions using APIs, including authentication, error handling, and JSON processing.
- Understanding of RPA or test automation tools and concepts, such as UiPath, Power Automate, Selenium, or Playwright.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, LLMs, advanced prompt engineering, model evaluation, DevOps, test automation, enterprise systems, and Agile/Scrum.
- Relevant professional certifications in Azure AI, Azure Data, Databricks, RPA tools, or AI/ML engineering are preferred.
