Responsibilities
- Set company-level technical direction for domain-specific model strategy.
- Architect the agentic model development paradigm for the organization.
- Lead research on model adaptation methodology and data curation strategies.
- Define how the company identifies and prioritizes new model domains.
- Establish evaluation strategy as an agentic discipline.
- Lead cross-cutting research initiatives to enhance organizational capability.
- Influence platform-level decisions regarding model lifecycle management.
- Mentor senior researchers and elevate their technical judgment.
- Maintain hands-on research impact through publications and patents.
Requirements
- PhD or MSc in Computer Science, Machine Learning, NLP, or a related field.
- 10+ years in AI/ML research with a proven track record of impact.
- Deep hands-on experience across the full model development lifecycle.
- Experience designing evaluation methodologies beyond leaderboard metrics.
- Direct experience training models on large GPU clusters using distributed frameworks.
- Proficient in Python and PyTorch.
- Experience shaping research direction at the organizational level.
