Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents using the company’s internal AI platform.
- Build and maintain RAG/KAG-based knowledge systems.
- Apply LLMs to information retrieval, report analysis, issue investigation, and other engineering workflows.
- Collaborate with STA and CAD engineers to understand requirements and identify automation opportunities.
- Evaluate and improve agent performance through prompt engineering and knowledge optimization.
- Document solutions and share best practices with the team.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, AI, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of LLMs and AI agent concepts.
- Programming experience in Python.
- Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, knowledge graphs, or related AI technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new domains.
- Prior STA experience is not required.
