Base Salary
$175k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical architecture and implementation of key LangSmith product features.
- Work across the Go, Python, and TypeScript stack.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to iterate on new features.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Drive aggressive project timelines while maintaining high engineering standards.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Requirements
- At least five years of software engineering experience working on complex platform products.
- Full-stack engineering experience with Go or Python on the backend and React with TypeScript on the frontend.
- Strong understanding of database systems, particularly Postgres and Redis.
- Experience designing and scaling APIs, preferably in a high-performance, data-intensive application.
- Experience with AI/LLM-powered applications, developer tools, or observability platforms is a bonus.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and engage directly with customers.
- Strong ownership mindset and comfort shipping quickly and iterating based on user feedback.
