Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage product development activities including requirements definition, design, implementation, and testing of ASTRO radios.
- Develop, analyze, design, maintain, refactor, review, and test software for Android products and systems.
- Coordinate engineering and software project activities, including timelines, resources, deliverables, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with software development, system test, product management, supply chain management, quality, and hardware stakeholders.
- Contribute to software development process improvements, unit testing, test automation, continuous integration, and knowledge sharing.
- Guide cross-functional product owners, technical leads, architects, and project delivery teams.
- Stay current with Android technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience building cross-platform native applications for iOS and/or Android and web applications.
- Thorough knowledge of Android mobile application deployment using Java or Kotlin, Android SDK, and Android Studio.
- Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and building user interfaces.
- Familiarity with Android framework components including Bluetooth, sensors, widgets, and services.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, mobile and frontend build pipelines, Android security features, and version control systems.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
