Responsibilities
- Develop and ship production-ready full-stack enterprise applications using AI-assisted engineering practices.
- Build and integrate frontend and backend components using appropriate enterprise development technologies.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based tools for coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Deliver robust, scalable, high-quality software while improving development speed and operational practices.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to support seamless integration and adoption.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, software development lifecycle practices, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with one or more backend technologies including Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL technologies, GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
- 15 years of full-time education.
