Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
- Build distributed systems, microservices, event-driven applications, and Kubernetes-based services.
- Develop LLM-powered features, autonomous AI agents, multi-agent systems, and agentic workflows.
- Implement RAG pipelines, vector database integrations, embedding systems, tool integrations, and agent orchestration.
- Apply unit, integration, and contract testing and participate in code reviews and technical documentation.
- Apply DevOps and platform engineering practices including infrastructure automation, automated deployments, monitoring, and service operations.
- Design efficient data ingestion and processing pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent software solutions.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues in distributed environments.
Requirements
- Expertise in Python, Java, and Spring Boot with microservices development.
- Strong experience with microservice architecture, event-driven architecture, advanced microservices patterns, and distributed systems design.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong knowledge of test-driven development and test integration frameworks.
- Experience with DevOps or platform engineering, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and Kubernetes deployment, scaling, and service mesh technologies.
- Advanced Python and AI/ML application experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar tools.
- Experience with vector databases such as Qdrant or Weaviate and embedding models such as OpenAI or BERT.
- Experience building agent communication, coordination, task delegation, memory systems, tool integrations, workflow orchestration, RAG systems, and LLM prompt engineering.
- Additional advantageous experience includes ReAct, Chain-of-Thought, Tree of Thoughts, agent observability, semantic search, knowledge graphs, ontologies, real-time stream processing, human-in-the-loop systems, distributed tracing, MLOps, Terraform, Helm, and AWS or an equivalent public cloud.
