Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI-powered products with a strong focus on agentic systems.
- Develop evaluations and define success metrics for LLM-powered applications.
- Implement and manage MLOps practices, including deployment, monitoring, maintenance, reproducible pipelines, and automated evaluations.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to align AI capabilities with business needs.
- Inspect raw logs, design metrics, and identify quality regressions.
- Mentor and coach junior AI engineers and promote knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with LLM-powered production applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as LangChain and PyTorch.
- Experience with AWS and cloud-based AI deployments.
- Understanding of AI model fine-tuning, optimization, and evaluation.
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning, retrieval-augmented generation, and multi-agent AI architectures.
- Hands-on MLOps experience, including reproducible pipelines, automated evaluations, feature stores, and model or prompt/embedding configuration workflows.
- Strong data intuition, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
