Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Design and implement solutions in specialized ML areas using ML infrastructure.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing their sources and operational impact.
- Contribute to documentation and educational content and adapt it based on updates and user feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- At least 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- At least 3 years of experience in speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another ML field.
- At least 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure, including model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, or debugging.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred qualifications include 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms, 1 year in a technical leadership role, and experience developing accessible technologies.
