Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into tailored technical solutions for software partners.
- Create, manage, and execute integration plans for new and existing partners.
- Serve as the project manager for partner implementations and coordinate error-free launches.
- Track project logs and key performance indicators while driving process improvement.
- Create production reference documentation for partners and internal support teams.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Account Management, Operations, Risk, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Provide ongoing integration support and help pilot and implement new fintech products.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Product Management, Technical Support, or a similar role at a payments or fintech company.
- Proven experience creating and implementing complex technical solutions for software partners.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and modern integration patterns.
- Experience with payment processing concepts including tokenization, PCI compliance, and transaction flows.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, or Ruby.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman and curl, plus debugging techniques.
- Understanding of acquiring, issuing, card networks, and ACH payment fundamentals.
- Familiarity with PCI DSS compliance requirements and security best practices.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to C-suite enterprise clients and startup engineers.
- Preferred qualifications include embedded payments experience, experience at a hypergrowth technology company, and understanding of Support, Risk, and Underwriting processes.
