Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom integrations across workforce and HR SaaS platforms.
- Build API-based, event-driven, and batch integrations optimized for reliability and performance.
- Partner with HRIS Product Managers and IT teams to ensure enterprise-ready integrations.
- Develop lightweight applications and services to augment existing SaaS tools.
- Write clean, secure, maintainable code and participate in design and code reviews.
- Implement logging, monitoring, and automated testing for resilient operations.
- Own end-to-end design and maintenance of internal tools supporting workforce operations.
- Use AI-assisted development tools and integrate AI services via APIs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering and/or systems integration experience.
- Strong coding skills in modern programming languages across multiple technology stacks.
- Demonstrated experience with SaaS integration and understanding of security and privacy.
