Responsibilities
- Define expected outcomes, success criteria, roadmaps, and delivery principles for GenAI and agentic products.
- Arbitrate platform, model, architecture, integration, evaluation, security, and operating choices based on value, risk, cost, and information-system constraints.
- Lead client missions, secure commitments, organize decision-making, and manage dependencies, risks, adoption, and production operations.
- Supervise consultants and engineers, establish standards, and develop the team.
- Connect business vision with technical execution and support products through production run and scaling.
- Develop client relationships, identify extensions, and lead GenAI and agentic qualifications, proposals, and presentations.
- Contribute, according to interest, to the AI Lab or reusable demonstrators.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in AI or software engineering.
- Experience delivering a GenAI or agentic solution in production.
- Technical credibility with Python, APIs, RAG, agents, Git, testing, CI/CD, cloud, and containers.
- Experience with at least one orchestration framework such as LangGraph, LangChain, Google ADK, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex, or an equivalent.
- Ability to engage with business stakeholders, challenge requirements, make decisions, and lead clients in changing environments.
- Fluent French and English.
- Experience leading teams, making technical and delivery trade-offs, and managing client relationships is required by the role scope.
