Responsibilities
- Identify and execute on high-impact, ambiguous opportunities across the Codex ecosystem.
- Prototype and ship agent-driven workflows, tools, and integrations.
- Work directly with users and customers to understand real-world developer needs.
- Translate messy problems into concrete technical solutions and product directions.
- Collaborate across research, engineering, and product to shape Codex capabilities and roadmap.
- Build demos, internal tools, or production systems that accelerate adoption.
- Help define best practices for using AI agents in software development workflows.
Requirements
- Strong software engineer or technical builder with experience in any stack.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Proven track record of shipping projects end-to-end.
- Curious and pragmatic, able to quickly move from idea to prototype to iteration.
- Interested in AI, but not necessarily an ML specialist.
- Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
