Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, and Data Scientists to identify and express data needs.
- Design and develop data architectures and batch or real-time ingestion, extraction, processing, cleaning, organization, and modeling pipelines.
- Industrialize, optimize, monitor, and deploy data pipelines supporting the Data Lake.
- Implement data exposure and visualization systems and adopt innovative data, cloud, and artificial intelligence tools.
- Train and technically develop team members, organize code reviews, and ensure software quality.
- Participate in Databricks workshops and joint projects through Capgemini’s Databricks partnership ecosystem.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience.
- At least two years of experience with Databricks, with equivalent certification or proficiency in Delta Lake, Databricks SQL, Databricks Workflows, CI/CD, GitHub, GitLab, and Jenkins.
- Experience leading a team and handling management responsibilities.
- B1/B2 English proficiency for professional presentations and interactions.
- Knowledge of Terraform is an advantage.
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse, or alternatively AWS or GCP.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe.
