Base Salary
$184k - $276k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage new implementations and enhancements for existing customers and own pre-sales calls for Adyen’s merchant portfolio.
- Solution, consult, troubleshoot, implement, and launch scalable technical integrations for large global merchants.
- Use development and programming expertise to create robust merchant integration solutions aligned with payment best practices.
- Guide merchants through design, development, testing, and launch phases as their primary technical contact.
- Provide consultation on checkout experiences, authentication, omni-channel payments, and platform onboarding.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, Product, Engineering, Developers, and Product Managers to deliver seamless merchant experiences and improve the platform.
- Oversee project delivery and maintain the technical integrity of merchant integrations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience integrating with or providing technical consultation for Web APIs.
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems, including APIs, databases, and SDKs.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort leading meetings with high-level decision makers.
- Ability to understand customer and end-user needs and translate business requirements and workflows into technical solutions.
- Ability to identify and communicate pragmatic solutions to complex integration problems.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and involve the appropriate people to make decisions.
- Growth mindset with a bias toward action.
