Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical advisor and technical design authority for assigned sector accounts.
- Design end-to-end secure architectures, solution blueprints, reference architectures, and technical recommendations.
- Lead technical discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and architecture reviews.
- Present complex technical concepts to technical, executive, and large audiences.
- Support RFPs, RFIs, tenders, technical compliance documentation, and bid responses.
- Lead and execute Proofs of Concept, Proofs of Value, and technical evaluations.
- Perform solution deployment, integration, migration, troubleshooting, demonstrations, workshops, and customer training.
- Support escalated technical issues and collaborate with internal engineering and support teams.
- Work with account teams, business development teams, consulting SE teams, partners, system integrators, consulting organizations, and customers.
- Publish whitepapers, blogs, and architecture papers and build industry relationships and awareness.
- Support strategic account planning, technology roadmaps, solution strategy, and technical mentorship for partners and internal teams.
Requirements
- Experience in presales, solution development, or consultancy is a plus.
- Ability to architect solutions involving network security, secure SD-WAN, SASE, zero trust, VPN, SIEM, SOAR, endpoint security, threat intelligence, cloud security, data center security, identity and access management, and application security.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, written, verbal, interpersonal, and demonstration skills.
- Ability to evaluate complex problems, develop systematic approaches, influence audiences, and communicate with executives and technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, independent thinker able to manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
- Ability to work independently with little direction and travel within the territory.
- Team-first mindset and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
