Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI agent tools that accelerate software development.
- Evaluate AI agent, LLM, and auto-coding technologies and apply them to improve tool capabilities.
- Optimize AI-assisted coding workflows for usability, code quality, reliability, and development efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers to identify development problems and turn feedback into tool improvements.
- Analyze, debug, and resolve complex toolchain issues.
- Create guidelines, documentation, and guidance to support adoption across engineering teams.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with AI agents, LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, RAG, tool calling, or AI workflow automation.
- Experience building AI-powered applications, coding assistants, automation tools, or developer productivity solutions.
- Understanding of software development workflows including coding, debugging, testing, version control, code review, and CI/CD.
- Ability to evaluate AI agent and LLM technologies and apply them to improve usability, reliability, and output quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: strong programming skills in Tcl, C++, or Python.
- Preferred: strong communication, teamwork, ownership, and innovation skills.
