Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine software, workflow scheduling programs, and HMI interfaces for industrial equipment.
- Integrate and debug PLCs, robots, vision systems, motion-control systems, sensors, and other industrial equipment.
- Develop device-control code, data-acquisition systems, real-time monitoring, state-machine management, alarms, and operation logs using C#, C++, Python, or comparable technologies.
- Implement and adapt industrial communication protocols including Modbus, OPC UA, EtherCAT, and CAN bus.
- Design and develop intelligent-equipment software, support core-component selection and verification with hardware teams, and resolve software bugs.
- Optimize equipment software stability and performance and support fault diagnosis, preventive maintenance, and equipment performance plans with production teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, preferably in automation, electronic information, mechatronics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in industrial equipment software integration; large-scale automation project experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in at least one of C# or C++, familiarity with WinForms, WPF, or Qt, and complete project experience developing industrial upper-computer software.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols and motion-control logic, with the ability to independently integrate and debug different industrial equipment.
- Machine-vision and robotic-arm project development experience is preferred.
- Strong problem analysis and fault-troubleshooting abilities, including diagnosing software compatibility and operational-stability issues.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, support project schedules, perform on-site debugging, and take short-term business trips.
