Responsibilities

  • Research user needs for reusable AI skills across business departments and citizen developer workflows.
  • Define the skill catalogue framework, including taxonomy, governance, quality standards, and user guidance.
  • Develop and document reusable AI skills for productivity, automated knowledge retrieval, and process optimization.
  • Conduct user testing sessions and refine AI skills based on employee feedback.
  • Prepare a final advisory report with recommendations for catalogue maintenance, governance, and organization-wide adoption.

Requirements

  • Be enrolled in a Dutch education system and reside in the Netherlands.
  • Pursue a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business IT & Management, Software Engineering, Data Science & Artificial Intelligence, or Business Innovation.
  • Have a strong interest in AI applications, low-code platforms, digital transformation, and modern productivity tools.
  • Be able to translate user requirements into practical, well-documented digital concepts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or prompt engineering is preferred.
  • Have analytical and proactive working habits, strong social skills, and enthusiasm for international collaboration.
  • Be able to work in Dutch and English.
