Base Salary
$140k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement AI solutions across people, processes, and technology.
- Facilitate customer education and ideation workshops for AI/ML use cases.
- Consult with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and tailor strategies to business objectives.
- Define project requirements and design robust solution architectures.
- Lead the AI project lifecycle, including data collection, model training, deployment, monitoring, and enterprise integration.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to deliver customer solutions.
- Track advances in AI and generative AI and advise teams on adopting new techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience with Azure and Python.
- At least 3 years of experience with relational and nonrelational databases, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, or MongoDB.
- At least 2 years of demonstrable experience designing and delivering Azure AI solutions in production.
- Experience with NLP, RAG, Azure AI Services, Azure AI Foundry, prompt flow, and Copilot Studio.
- Experience with open-source models, fine-tuning, advanced prompt engineering, responsible AI practices, and managing organizational models.
- Client-facing experience translating complex requirements into actionable AI solutions.
- Preferred experience with C#/.NET, full software development life cycle practices, scalable cloud services in Azure, and technical customer presentations.
- Preferred experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Docker, and Kubernetes.
