Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for detecting financial crimes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product engineering teams to leverage data for efficient solutions.
- Produce and maintain thorough documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Identify new opportunities and future needs for machine learning teams.
- Apply machine learning and engineering best practices.
- Stay updated on developments in machine learning and foster a learning environment.
Requirements
- 6+ years of machine learning experience focused on modeling and deployment.
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Applied Math, or a related field.
- Expertise in Natural Language Processing, Graph Neural Networks, Reinforcement Learning, or model explainability.
- Experience working with product, engineering, and business to deploy ML tooling at scale.
- Ability to convey technical and non-technical concepts to cross-functional teams.
- Natural curiosity and desire to contribute to team growth.
