Responsibilities

Lead the evolution of the DSPM platform to detect sensitive and high-risk data at scale.
Integrate AI/ML capabilities for advanced features like natural language-driven analytics.
Architect and extend platform support across major cloud providers and on-premises systems.
Provide end-to-end technical leadership from research and design to implementation.
Partner with Product and stakeholders to refine requirements into actionable specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues to ensure reliability.
Improve engineering processes and architecture for agility and operational excellence.
Collaborate effectively with distributed, cross-functional teams.

8+ years of experience building enterprise-grade software systems.
Proven track record in designing and developing distributed, scalable cloud services, preferably on AWS.
Expert-level programming skills in Scala or Java.
Deep understanding of database systems and data warehousing concepts.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Experience designing and building robust, scalable RESTful APIs.
Experience with cloud-based AI services and RAG architectures is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; Master's degree strongly preferred.
