Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end testing for assigned features and releases.
- Analyze requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to identify gaps, risks, and test scenarios.
- Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test cases.
- Use AI-assisted tools for test design, test data preparation, documentation, reporting, and QA knowledge management.
- Validate backend data and business logic using PostgreSQL and MySQL queries.
- Investigate and resolve client-reported issues with support and development teams.
- Track defects through resolution, retesting, and regression testing.
- Improve QA processes through AI-assisted testing practices and automation.
- Mentor QA team members when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 6-10 years of Software QA experience with strong manual testing expertise.
- Strong SQL and database-testing skills using PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Experience with requirements analysis, defect management, and production support.
- Experience using AI-assisted tools for requirements analysis, test documentation, test-case generation, test automation, or quality-engineering activities.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and software-testing best practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Preferred experience in the US healthcare domain.
- Preferred API testing experience using Postman or Swagger.
- Preferred experience leveraging AI for requirements analysis, test-case generation, documentation, test automation acceleration, defect analysis, and quality reporting.
- Preferred experience mentoring QA team members and testing data-intensive or analytics-driven applications.
