Base Salary
$175k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and operate governed model-access patterns, including Amazon Bedrock where applicable.
- Build infrastructure as code, deployment automation, reusable platform components, and CI/CD templates.
- Implement telemetry, token and model usage reporting, attribution, quotas, and cost-management data pipelines.
- Deploy and operate sandboxed coding-agent and tool-using-agent execution patterns.
- Build governed tool and service mediation patterns for AI applications and agents using MCP or equivalent approaches.
- Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, audit evidence capture, and operational reporting.
- Create reusable onboarding templates and reference implementations for client-facing and internal teams.
- Use AI tools to accelerate infrastructure coding, automation, debugging, testing, documentation, and runbook development.
- Define runbooks, support models, incident paths, and operational handoffs.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience building and operating production cloud or platform infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, infrastructure as code, automation, or production operations.
- Strong infrastructure as code experience.
- Experience with cloud networking, IAM, secrets management, logging, monitoring, deployment automation, and operational support.
- Strong software engineering or scripting skills for automation and platform tooling.
- Demonstrated practical use of AI tools for infrastructure automation, code generation, debugging, testing, or documentation.
- Familiarity with APIs, event-driven systems, service integration, and secure deployment patterns.
- Ability to translate ambiguous platform requirements into working systems.
- Preferred: experience with Amazon Bedrock or other managed AI/model platforms.
- Preferred: experience with token and cost telemetry, usage attribution, chargeback, showback, or FinOps data pipelines.
- Preferred: experience with Temporal or comparable workflow orchestration platforms.
- Preferred: experience with containerized or sandboxed execution environments, agent tools, MCP, model gateways, API gateways, or secure service brokers.
- Preferred: experience supporting regulated, client-confidential, PHI, PII, or other sensitive workloads.
- Ability to travel as needed.
