Responsibilities
- Develop and implement responsive websites using modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
- Ensure seamless user experience by optimizing website performance and functionality across different browsers and devices.
- Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve any issues or inconsistencies in design and functionality.
- Maintain website project documentation, including design assets, style guides, and technical specifications.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in web design, development, and graphic design.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand objectives, provide design recommendations, and ensure project success.
- Create and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistent web experiences.
- Implement security best practices and ensure websites meet modern security standards.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in web development with a strong focus on front-end development and modern technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and libraries (React, Angular, jQuery).
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design concepts.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
