Responsibilities
- Lead complex AI-driven Taktile deployments in production across multiple customer deployments.
- Scope Agentic AI use cases and own technical delivery through stable production.
- Design solution architectures, develop decision logic, and deploy production-grade Generative AI agents.
- Align with customer stakeholders to deliver strong customer experiences and rapid time to value.
- Scope work, sequence delivery, remove blockers, and balance scope, speed, and quality for timely project delivery.
- Partner with product management to turn customer needs into actionable product and roadmap insights.
- Develop reusable resources, best practices, and tools to scale the forward deployed engineering function.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of engineering or technical deployment experience including customer-facing work.
- Strong technical background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
- Production-grade Python and SQL development and review experience.
- Strong command of REST API design and integrations.
- Ability to break down complex problems, make well-informed decisions under pressure, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
- Preferred: 4–6 years as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solution Engineer, Implementation Specialist, or equivalent in a B2B SaaS company.
- Preferred: experience building AI applications within financial services.
- Preferred: experience applying and optimizing statistical and machine learning models for business problems.
- Preferred: experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Willingness to work hybrid from the Berlin or London office at least three days per week.
