Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers to implement, test, and deliver high-quality features.
- Write clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code.
- Debug and resolve issues using strong problem-solving skills.
- Break down work items into tasks and provide estimates while learning team planning practices.
- Act as a Designated Responsible Individual for monitoring product or service degradation, downtime, and interruptions, following playbooks for simple problems.
- Improve product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, performance, and monitoring consistency at scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, science, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- 1–2 years of experience with cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Proficiency in English with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: experience using AI tools and technologies to improve engineering effectiveness, plus curiosity and commitment to continued AI learning.
- Preferred: strong coding, debugging, problem-solving, adaptability, self-motivation, and growth mindset.
