Base Salary
$135k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and build innovative products from 0 to 1.
- Enhance and optimize existing solutions from 1 to n.
- Work with end-users, engineers, and deployment strategists to solve operational problems.
- Provide decision-making tools to end users and improve airspace safety.
- Help shape and set standards for engineering excellence.
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language and the ability to quickly learn Rust and Python.
- Proficiency in leveraging modern LLM tools to accelerate development workflows and enhance code quality.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and work independently.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Active security clearance.
- Senior-level candidates should have experience building and maintaining high-performance, scalable systems.
- Ability to obtain required authorizations for work involving export-controlled technology and restricted U.S. Government data.
- Some contracts require applicable U.S. immigration status and location eligibility.
