Base Salary

$135k - $265k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and build innovative products from scratch through production evolution.
  • Enhance and optimize existing solutions as they mature.
  • Collaborate with end-users, engineers, and deployment strategists.
  • Set and maintain standards for engineering excellence.
  • Build decision-making tools that solve real operational problems and improve airspace safety.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language and the ability to quickly learn Rust and Python.
  • Proficiency in leveraging modern LLM tools to accelerate development workflows and enhance code quality.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and work independently.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Active security clearance.
  • At senior levels, experience building and maintaining high-performance, scalable systems.
  • Ability to obtain required authorizations for work involving export-controlled technology and restricted U.S. Government data.
  • Certain contracts require applicable U.S. immigration status and location eligibility.
