Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and build innovative products from scratch through production evolution.
- Enhance and optimize existing solutions as they mature.
- Collaborate with end-users, engineers, and deployment strategists.
- Set and maintain standards for engineering excellence.
- Build decision-making tools that solve real operational problems and improve airspace safety.
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language and the ability to quickly learn Rust and Python.
- Proficiency in leveraging modern LLM tools to accelerate development workflows and enhance code quality.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and work independently.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Active security clearance.
- At senior levels, experience building and maintaining high-performance, scalable systems.
- Ability to obtain required authorizations for work involving export-controlled technology and restricted U.S. Government data.
- Certain contracts require applicable U.S. immigration status and location eligibility.
