Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test strategies and plans for software applications.
- Lead a team of testing professionals in executing test cases and scenarios.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and define testing objectives.
- Perform manual and automated testing to validate software functionality and performance.
- Identify, report, and analyze bugs, issues, and defects.
- Provide recommendations to development teams based on test results.
- Stay current with application testing best practices, trends, processes, and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering.
- Oracle Certified Professional - Java SE 8 Programmer certification.
- Proficiency in quality assurance, quality management, security testing, penetration testing, and risk management.
- Experience with people leadership, client relations, collaboration, and change management.
- Proficient English language skills at C2 level.
