Responsibilities
- Lead development of GenAI and agentic AI systems for conversational AI and workflow automation.
- Design and develop full-stack multi-agent AI systems using agentic frameworks, LLMs, function tools, and backend integrations.
- Expose agentic AI backends and wrap existing backend systems with MCP servers for integration with other agentic systems.
- Use context-engineering techniques such as context caching and context compression to improve LLM performance and response times.
- Implement guardrails and policy enforcement to address safety, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate solutions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain tools and frameworks for prompt-based model training, evaluation, and optimization.
- Analyze model performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Design and deliver software solutions that are scalable, maintainable, secure, and optimized for performance.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, unit testing, and technical direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Experience developing software applications at scale on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Fluency in Python, Java, or GoLang and associated frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI and agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, Strands SDK, or Google ADK.
- Familiarity with MCP and A2A protocols.
- Strong understanding of LLMs and efficient prompt writing for accurate agent context.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying agentic AI solutions using AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, or GCP Vertex AI.
- Experience developing APIs and integrating LLMs into software applications.
- Strong understanding of AI implementation in software development and legacy-code transformation.
- Ability to complete system design from ideation through delivery with limited supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with supervised learning or reinforcement learning fine-tuning techniques is valued.
- Knowledge of banking, financial products, and services is valued.
