Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies.
- Translate complex business processes and workflows into intuitive user experiences.
- Build reusable UI components, design systems, and scalable frontend architectures.
- Develop data-rich dashboards, visualizations, workflow applications, and operational portals.
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product teams, data professionals, backend teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization capabilities and secure communication with enterprise systems.
- Integrate frontend applications with APIs, analytics platforms, and AI-powered services.
- Develop lightweight backend services and middleware to support application functionality.
- Collaborate on API design, integration, and data exchange.
- Support deployment, monitoring, reliability, testing, documentation, and application improvement activities.
- Present data insights and machine learning model outputs through user-friendly interfaces.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical reviews, and solution design activities.
- Gather end-user feedback and improve application usability and adoption.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience developing production-grade web applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Strong UI/UX experience building intuitive, responsive, and user-centric web applications.
- Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and supporting applications in Microsoft Azure environments.
- Experience with frontend architecture patterns and state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or React Query.
- Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, high-performance dashboards, and data-intensive interfaces.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and GraphQL services.
- Working knowledge of backend development using Node.js, .NET, or similar technologies.
- Experience with modern frontend testing frameworks and automated testing practices.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, modern styling approaches, and secure application development principles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional product development teams.
- Preferred experience includes Microsoft Entra ID, WCAG, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, AI-enabled applications, design systems, component libraries, Figma, user-centered design, workflow or decision-support applications, and transportation, logistics, operations, planning, or industrial industries.
- Preferred familiarity includes Azure App Service, Azure Container Apps, Azure Functions, Key Vault, serverless architectures, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, observability, monitoring, application performance management, SQL databases, and data integration solutions.
