Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance scalable software components across systems and applications.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with or manage the team to execute work.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead implementation of software development best practices and improve team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional efforts with business strategies.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and cross-platform software development.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
