Responsibilities
- Direct the development and implementation of complex business processes on the ServiceNow platform.
- Analyze business requirements throughout all stages of development.
- Customize, integrate, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions.
- Design the architecture of ServiceNow solutions when required.
- Participate in project activities as a developer and potentially lead teams of consultants.
- Oversee projects through post-go-live activities while working with global stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least three years of professional experience with NowPlatform architecture and ServiceNow implementation.
- Advanced ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification.
- Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages, including JavaScript, C#, Java, or others.
- Proven advanced understanding of ITSM and HRSD.
- Knowledge of software-development best practices and ITIL.
- Strong English communication skills at B2–C1 level.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or economic field.
- Spanish, German, French, or another European language is advantageous but not mandatory.
