Responsibilities
- Direct the development and implementation of intricate business processes on the ServiceNow NowPlatform.
- Analyze business requirements throughout all stages of development.
- Perform ServiceNow implementation, configuration, customization, integration, and maintenance activities.
- Develop bespoke ServiceNow solutions across platform modules, including ITSM and HRSD.
- Potentially lead consultant teams, design ServiceNow solution architecture, and oversee projects through post-go-live activities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience with NowPlatform architecture and at least 3 years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Advanced ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification.
- Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages, such as JavaScript, C#, or Java.
- Advanced understanding of ITSM and HRSD.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, ITIL, and Agile methodologies.
- English communication skills at B2–C1 level.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or economic field.
- Spanish, German, French, or another European language is advantageous but not mandatory.
