Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of scalable, high-quality agentic AI solutions aligned with business goals.
- Build and scale enterprise AI platform infrastructure and define technical best practices and direction.
- Integrate AI platforms with internal systems to support diverse business use cases.
- Create AI prototypes and demonstrations to drive adoption and showcase capabilities.
- Translate business problems into AI use cases and technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and support cross-functional AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and platform teams in iterative delivery cycles.
- Support solution documentation and technical handover.
Requirements
- Practical experience with Large Language Models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques.
- Working knowledge of agentic AI systems and core machine learning concepts and implementations.
- Experience with Azure cloud platforms and AI services.
- Hands-on DevOps skills.
- Experience developing microservices with Flask, Django, or Spring and Java.
- Practical experience with GitHub Copilot and other AI tools for developers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in Agile delivery teams and deliver practical, scalable outcomes.
