Responsibilities
- Own operational support, maintenance, configuration, development, and enhancement of Veeva CRM and Salesforce applications and modules.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of incidents, service requests, software defects, and user stories through investigation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Support integrations with enterprise systems and ensure reliable data flow and application functionality.
- Monitor application performance and availability and maintain operational runbooks, support documentation, and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Contribute to front-end and back-end development, unit testing, integration testing, and validation activities.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and apply DevOps practices using relevant tooling.
- Drive automation, reliability, operational excellence, and rapid prototyping initiatives.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5–9 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years as a Software Engineer.
- Proficiency in Visualforce, Apex, SQL, Java, Veeva CRM development, and Salesforce development.
- Experience with software design principles, system integration, Git, Jira, Jenkins, Copado, and release management.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively with global virtual teams.
- Preferred: experience with test automation and certifications related to Veeva CRM, Salesforce, Copado, or SAFe.
