Responsibilities
- Build and design new features for MongoDB Atlas.
- Contribute to and lead complex technical projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop product roadmaps and offerings.
- Work with customers and support engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Participate in the production on-call rotation.
- Collaborate on the codebase, engineering best practices, and design principles.
- Help foster an inclusive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience writing large-scale, distributed backend systems in a compiled language such as Go, Java, or C#.
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider technology, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience launching a new module and maintaining it in production.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, curiosity, collaboration, and motivation.
