Base Salary
$197k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical partner journey for agent enablement integrations.
- Help partners implement the right integration paths with clear user journeys.
- Write production and sample code, and create technical guidance for partners.
- Debug identity and agent workflows end to end.
- Review partner architectures for compliance with API contracts and data policies.
- Run evaluations and post-launch investigations to improve integration processes.
- Contribute improvements to the Agent Enablement platform and related tools.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth partner launches.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of professional software or AI engineering experience.
- Experience in customer or partner-facing roles with project scoping.
- Proven ability to build and operate production full-stack products and APIs.
- Strong understanding of plugins, connectors, and identity systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with external engineers and product leaders.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of turning ideas into prototypes.
