Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and execution of large-scale ML systems from scratch.
- Transform unstructured data into high-precision product knowledge.
- Fine-tune and deploy proprietary Foundation Models and SOTA LLMs.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to enhance data quality and relevance.
- Address scalability and latency challenges in processing catalog items.
- Implement AI tools to accelerate ML workflows and visualize results.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers and conduct technical design reviews.
Requirements
- Solid understanding and experience in deep learning and traditional machine learning.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying production ML systems from scratch.
- Expertise in prompt engineering and fine-tuning of LLMs and multimodal models.
- Proficiency in modern AI tools for ML modeling and data analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and proficiency in production-grade coding.
