Responsibilities
- Build and operate internal AI agents, tools, and platforms as reliable production products.
- Own systems end to end, from architecture and implementation through production reliability and user adoption.
- Define and prioritize work from broad goals, including challenging unclear requirements and proposing improved solutions.
- Design knowledge architecture, access and permissions, evaluation and monitoring, and risk-scaled guardrails.
- Work directly with internal users across the company to understand needs and deliver useful AI systems.
- Own the underlying infrastructure and use code agents as part of daily development.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production systems.
- Deep experience with LLM-based systems, including agents, retrieval, evaluation, and tool use.
- Strong ownership, judgment, communication, collaboration, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Ability to connect technical architecture with domain and business needs.
- Proficiency with TypeScript.
- Willingness to work with infrastructure, Terraform, and cloud providers.
- Daily experience working with code agents.
