Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and develop product features for connectivity packages.
- Design and implement product features based on requirements and maintain UI/UX design concepts.
- Lead and collaborate with the team to deliver timely, high-quality product releases.
- Coach and develop R&D team members and support achievement of R&D targets.
- Manage technologies, platforms, and intellectual property as applicable to the R&D function.
- Propose innovative solutions for customer requirements and provide task-complexity estimates.
- Provide input for technical documentation, online help, and test cases.
Requirements
- BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics and Communication, or Electronics and Instrumentation.
- 10 to 15 years of software development experience using .NET technologies.
- Strong expertise in C#, WPF, and .NET, preferably including WinForms.
- Strong object-oriented programming and software design skills.
- Knowledge of SCADA systems and communication using IEC 61850.
- Knowledge of Azure and familiarity with continuous integration using Git.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, innovation, and collaboration skills.
